How do I adjust the size?
To adjust your watch, just use the sizing tool included in the box. Each link is held together by a small metal pin, and you’ll notice that one side of the pin has a tiny negative (-) symbol. Do not insert the tool on that side. Instead, place the tool on the opposite end of the pin—the side without the negative symbol—and gently twist or push the tool to slide the pin out. Remove or add links as needed, then insert the pin back in place. It’s quick, easy, and keeps your watch fitting perfectly.
How long does shipping usually take?
Our orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes about 6–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is completely free.
What comes with the watch when I order it?
